Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autlantic (autlantic.com and related services), operated by Autlantic Limited. By creating an account or using Autlantic, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Autlantic provides software tools for creators to publish membership plans, accept USDC payments on the Base network, and automate access (including Telegram). Members can browse stores, subscribe, and manage memberships through an Autlantic account.
Autlantic is a technology platform for subscription management and blockchain payment automation. We are not a party to the sale between a creator and a member unless we state otherwise in writing. We are not a crypto exchange, wallet provider, digital asset marketplace, or money transfer service for membership payments.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Autlantic.
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- Members need an Autlantic account to subscribe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Creators are responsible for their storefront, pricing, content, and compliance with laws that apply to what they sell.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk.
- You must follow our Community Guidelines (our acceptable use rules).
Payments and crypto
- Membership payments are made in USDC on Base to the wallet address configured by the creator. Autlantic does not custody those subscription payments.
- Autlantic may operate transaction relayers solely to sponsor network fees and submit billing transactions. Relayer wallets do not custody user funds or creator subscription revenue. See Non-custodial overview and Security.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address before an order expires.
- Payment verification relies on on-chain data and our Autlantic Payments systems. Delays or network issues may affect confirmation time.
- Refunds and disputes between members and creators are handled by the creator unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for platform guidance.
Creator responsibilities
Creators agree to:
- Deliver the access and benefits described in their plans.
- Comply with applicable tax, consumer, and content laws.
- If they sell trading, finance, or investment-related content, follow our Community Guidelines on financial promotions. Do not promise guaranteed returns or imply Autlantic validates their strategy.
- Not use Autlantic for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful offerings.
- Maintain control of their Telegram bots and payout wallets.
Member responsibilities
Members agree to:
- Pay the stated price and follow checkout instructions.
- Link Telegram when required for access delivery.
- Not share access, abuse group invites, or circumvent payment.
Prohibited use
You may not use Autlantic to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Publish, sell, promote, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, adult-only, or sexual solicitation content or services. See our Community Guidelines.
- Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to breach security or interfere with the service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Autlantic.
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Restricted accounts lose sign-in access and are removed from public storefront listings.
Intellectual property
Autlantic owns the platform, branding, and software. Creators retain rights to their content. You grant Autlantic a license to host and display creator content as needed to operate the service.
Autlantic platform billing
Creators may pay Autlantic separately for software plans (for example Harbor, Atlantic, or Capital). This section applies to those platform fees paid to Autlantic Limited, not to USDC membership payments members make to creators.
- Monthly and yearly creator plans are billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews each billing period until you cancel in the dashboard or through Stripe customer billing, where available.
- When you cancel a recurring platform plan, you keep access through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Lifetime creator tiers are a one-time USDC payment on Base, not a Stripe subscription. See pricing and checkout copy for the tier you select.
- Digital platform services may begin as soon as your account is activated or payment is confirmed. Where applicable law gives you a statutory cancellation or cooling-off right, you may still have rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
- Refund requests for Autlantic platform fees should be sent to [email protected]. We review requests based on the plan purchased, usage, and applicable law. This does not create an obligation for Autlantic to refund member USDC payments made to creators.
Disclaimers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AUTLANTIC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (GBP £100).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Autlantic against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive venue unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
